Coke Florida is looking for a Maintenance Planner based out of our Hollywood location. We are looking for first shift, working Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30 PM with flexible work schedule needed for some weekend availability.

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida MaintenancePlanner, you will be responsible for coordinating all outside service requestsfor maintenance, creating and managing purchase orders from start to close toensure that expenses remain within budgetary requirements.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Use computers and associated software programssuch as Word and Excel to plan maintenance activities and develop trainingdocuments.
• Ensure all security measures are followed.
• Coordinate outside service request, establishpurchase orders, ensurepurchase orders are closed and manage expenseswithin budget requirements.
• Back up purchaser for storeroom parts.
• Read, understand, and comply with MSDS’s.
• Understands the concepts of planning andscheduling work.
• Ensure production areas are maintained to currentGMP standards.
• Assist in preparing budget for production andmanaging expenses within budget requirements.
• Responds in a timely manner to associate workrequests including safety work orders.
• Assist storeroom and purchasing group to kitpreplanned work.
• Audit and monitor programs and processes as neededto maintain reliability.
• Manage predictive and preventive maintenance foran area (SOJ/NCB) of production equipment and schedule required correctiveactions.
• Track metrics, performance, and efficiency of workscheduled using spreadsheets and graphs as well as documents in report format,PowerPoint slides, and on bulletin boards.
• Identify and assist in the implementation ofsafety or other projects as required.
• Keep accurate records as required to protectproducts, ingredients, processes, and information.
• Read and comprehend technical manuals, servicemanuals, diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Update Maintenance Library with new equipmentinformation.
• Utilize Maximo or similar CMMS to plan, schedule,print, document time, and manage WOs from inception through completion.
• Communicate effectively with management regardingPM requirements, completions, and challenges.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Proficient PC skills to include SAP, Excel, Word,Power Point.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role

• Transportation and/or Logistics Supervisoryexperience in direct delivery sales or beverage industry, highly preferred.
• Ability to interact/communicate successfully withpersonnel at all levels.
• Previous experience managing in a Unionenvironment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintaineffective working relationships with fellow employees.
• Ability to develop and implement processimprovement.
• Good analytical, verbal, written, presentation andcommunication skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate employees.
• Ability to think strategically with a high levelof patience in dealing with critical situations.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics environmentspreferred.
• Previous experience in Replenishment Planning /Distribution is preferred.
