Responsibilities

• Determine the raw material needs for multiple beverages and powder production in different manufacturing facilities.
• Follow up with each vendor on the delivery of the raw materials required for each production.
• Build and track daily the production schedule for each month for each facility.
• Validate the production planned is executed promptly.
• Manage inventory and safety stock for raw materials for each manufacturing facility.
• Promptly address and resolve production issues to avoid or minimize delays or extra costs.
• Create purchase orders on time to meet production dates, and in line with the assigned vendors for each facility.
• Coordinate the qualification of new manufacturers and vendors when needed in collaboration with Celsius Quality Team.
• Reconcile production by SKU and enter final production numbers in Celsius system (Great Plains) in a timely manner.
• Manage with each facility and Celsius Quality Team the setup of new items and SKUs properly in the system.
• Analyze facilities performance for each period (production reliability).

Job Skills / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or logistics.
• Advanced math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is not needed, but highly valuable.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel – able to create Pivot Tables, perform XLOOKUPS (or VLOOKUPS), dynamic tables, conditionals (IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIFS), and data management (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and planning.
