Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required Of The Position

Coordinates and leads weekly scheduling conferences with local management personnel. Adjusts schedules and work plans as necessary based on stakeholder feedback.

Manages the exceptions associated with the schedule that Click generates.

Manages work order hand-off in cases requiring design engineering.

This position can be filled as a Planner/Scheduler I or II depending upon the candidate's experience/background

Minimum education required of the position

Thorough working knowledge of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Purchasing, and Microsoft Office products. Prefer SAP experience.

Monitor and analyze SAP part failure data (along with supervisors and maintenance manager) to detect trends (good or bad).

Have at least 1 year experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator preferred

Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance and electrical functions.

Post-secondary education and/or a technical trade degree required.

Maintain equipment records in SAP

Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software

Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures

Experience in the Food & Beverage industry

BS/BA and significant related experience a plus

Computer Maintenance Management Systems use and implementation (SAP a plus)

Ensure maintenance technicians identify work requirements observed and enter appropriate notifications in SAP.

5 years of maintenance planning experience preferred.

Computer skills such as Microsoft Office products, SAP and the ability to learn business specific computer programs.

Associates degree in an Engineering Discipline, or equivalent experience preferred, or broad based in-depth maintenance experience.

Minimum of 2 years experience in CMMS, experience in building maintenance procedures and practices

Minimum of 5 years experience in hands-on operation and maintenance of commercial and/or industrial systems and facilities operations

Experience in a hospital facilities operations environment

Excellent written, communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel

Provide project management of other system planners or contractors to develop detailed elements of overall package preparation (5%)

Interface and collaborate with all levels of management, from multiple organizations.

Provide project management over planning initiatives and work practices.

Specific to Customer Field and Meter Services: Interface and collaborate with all levels of management, from multiple organizations.

Successful completion of core supervisory / management training and development programs

Strong organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

Must have 1 to 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.

Reviews with engineering those work orders requiring engineering design.

Identifies and obtains (requisitions, orders, kits as appropriate and in keeping with

Ensures the safety needs are given a top priority in work planning.

Estimates cost of each work order in terms of direct labor, materials required and total cost.

Minimum Position Qualifications & Education:

Manage backlog of work orders.

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner within mining or heavy industries

• Experience working using SAP CMMS system is a must

• Detail orientation, strong planning, organisational, scheduling and coordination skills

• Establish, maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling

• Prepare reports, analyse data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance issues

• Develop cost and time estimate of planned maintenance work

Communicate effectively with management regardingPM requirements, completions, and challenges.

Coordinate outside service request, establishpurchase orders, ensurepurchase orders are closed and manage expenseswithin budget requirements.

Assist in preparing budget for production andmanaging expenses within budget requirements.

Manage predictive and preventive maintenance foran area (SOJ/NCB) of production equipment and schedule required correctiveactions.

Utilize Maximo or similar CMMS to plan, schedule,print, document time, and manage WOs from inception through completion.

Proficient PC skills to include SAP, Excel, Word,Power Point.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Experience in maintenance coordination and ordering parts.

Knowledge of industrial safety rules and best practices.

Experience in developing a comprehensive TPM system.

Plan and organize daily maintenance work assignments and projects.

Coordinate work assignments with internal/external partners and contractors as necessary.

Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software (Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).

Good personal skillsets required for team cohesiveness.

2+ years of experience in maintenance planning utilizing a maintenance library to plan preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment.

Scheduling Support – you’ll be scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities per our Work Order Management process

High School Diploma/GED with substantial related work experience
