F&I Business Manager

• Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. The Business Manager works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Warranty sales goals
• Valid driver's license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager or like experience.
• Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Willingness to learn

• Timeliness/accuracy of paperwork
• Quarterly and Annual sales goals

• Other tasks as assigned.
• Present F&I menu to 100% of deliveries.
• Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

• Processing Fees sales goals
• Closing ratios
• Maintains a program that will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F& I department.
• Aggressiveness, resilience, adaptability
• Conducts customer interview prior to delivery.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales.
• Qualifications:
• Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
• Extended hours, evenings and weekends are often required.
• Customer follow-up/prospecting
• Proven ability to make the sale using closing skills required.
• Manages the alternative finance source program to ensure that several sources are available.
• Monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

• Provides up-to-date information to sales force and sales managers regarding finance and lease programs.
