Position/Compensation: Full Commission with Large Upside

Note: Two Positions Available One Entry Level, One Middle to Senior Level

Our client, a full-service real estate brokerage and investment firm located in the heart of New York City is expanding to Florida. They are hiring in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale, FL area. They focus on pairing experienced investments with clientele looking to acquire or sell commercial real estate investments nationwide and are looking to expand their team and presence.

For the right candidate, the company offers extensive training, resources, and expertise to accommodate those starting their career in capital investments.

JOB SUMMARY

This position involves providing support in strategic advisory services within the real estate industry. Responsibilities include:

• Staying on top of industry trends and attend networking & industry events
• Developing and maintaining industry relationships with private and institutional retail, commercial real estate owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development and source new deals
• Serving as an integral part of a team, working on and creating an active pipeline of deals while developing your own book of business
• Analyzing data, conducting research, assisting with financial modeling, and contributing to client communications.
• Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources

• An ability to make contacts to source transactions and the ability to create new business channels is preferred
• Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities
