Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
  • Define, structure, compile, update, ensure availability of operational documentation (plans, procedures, technical doc, standards) for Supply Chain activities. 
  • Deliver operational documentation:  
  • Train collaborators on new practices or processes when necessary 
  • Provide services for Supply Chain activities in conjunction with the Lean department 
  • Improve Supply Chain processes optimization through structured practices, data, events analysis and contribute to reduce costs 
  • Structure, collect, analyze data (OTIF, Sales, Forecast, Stocks, WC, Inventory…) and ensure surveillance  
  • Identify competent external companies and benchmark them (service, technology…) 
  • Contribute to implement standards 
  • Participate to relevant team meetings 
  • Support project management on Plant (specification, sourcing, gates, etc.) 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  
  • Bachelor/master’s degree 
  • Strong skillset to lead and facilitate meetings with a diverse audience, quickly synthesizing information to help drive consensus and actionable items 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • SAP knowledge 
  • 3-5 years on Supply / Demand Planning roles 
  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain Experience 
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics or other related field or relevant experience 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: 
  • Drives to find the best solutions, incorporating innovation and efficiency improvements where feasible 
  • Prioritizes workload and maintains accuracy in all work while managing multiple tasks / projects with adherence to critical deadlines 
  • Uses analytical thinking to make critical decisions in the company’s best interest while recognizing the impact of these decisions on other functional areas downstream 
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and is flexible in adapting to changing trends in the business and ad hoc projects and requests 
  • SAP experience
