Job Description

Location: Rockford, IL



Duties:

  • Primary role of this position is the development and execution of projects for positively impacting key metrics of COPQ including scrap, rework and customer concerns.
  • Will lead functional teams to resolve systemic and product specific projects.
  • This is a new position reporting to the VP of Manufacturing at this corporate location.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Skilled in Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing using six sigma skills in a manufacturing environment supporting and driving projects to support manufacturing, quality, and product design.
  • Black Belt or Green Belt would also be helpful.
  • Experience in any type of metals manufacturing or metal assembly and machining is helpful.
