Under the direction of the Team Leader, the candidate for Distribution Center Support/Logistics Business Support person will support to New Jersey Team Leader (Branch Manager) by generating various reports related to P&L and Operations, joining meetings of RHQ/ HQ overseas, reviewing & generating contracts for new business, and analyzing branch’s general business condition.

Responsibilities:

• Support the process of New Business opportunities by creating new contracts & renewing contracts for LBS and proposal
• Analyze accounting records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
• Generate various reports for weekly, monthly, and yearly meetings with RHQ/HQ by representing Branch
• Identify operational & financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts
• Analyze cause-effects for business profit & loss
• Communicate with relevant departments for operational & financial reports, budgets & forecasts
• Prepare budgets and forecasts based on financial reports, Balance Sheets, and P&L reports
• Support branch leader in various tasks as required
• Performs other job related duties as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Logistics industry required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to summarize data and information in precise documents
• Ability to handle high-pressure and fast paced operations
• Ability to travel up to 10% within US
• Korean Bilingual preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
• Ability to set up priorities and complete tasks
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and work directly with customers
• Problem-solver mindset, self-motivated and organized
• Hazleton, PA 18201 (Onsite) or Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 (Onsite)
• Ensure effective communication to appropriate stakeholders, with appropriate ad-hoc reports and analyses issued timely and accurately
• Standard clerical office practices and procedures especially as they relate to the function of this position
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or Logistics required
• Strong work ethic
• 5+ years of warehousing & distribution Center related experience is preferred
