This includes the SAP planning process, setting targets and direction for field organizations and managing and setting policy for support organizations including Electric Operations and Projects and Construction group. Major responsibilities include development and implementation of best practices across locations and support groups and ensure consistent use of common tools. Maintaining work management policy, standards and procedures including resource and scheduling measures, process improvement activity, analytics and daily performance of the work management process. Maintaining, supporting and enhancing the systems, tools and reports related to Work Management including SPOT, various Access databases and SharePoint. Implementing resource planning and work scheduling across Delivery, administration of process redesign and identification of system and/or information needs required to improve performance. Directing and developing field or Asset Management personnel, as appropriate. It also requires excellent communication skills and the technical ability to analyze data and present concise information to division and senior leadership. **Job Specific Qualifications** **Required:**


  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Work Management/Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance/Customer Service modules.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, communication and presentation skills
  • MS Access Database management experience or equivalent (e.g SQL) **Desired:**
  • MBA or equivalent background
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI
  • Six Sigma Green or Agile

  • Demonstrated ability to apply Quality tools to achieve results.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the Electric Delivery business
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of SAP DWMS System Notification logic and Work Order logic.
  • Proven project management experience.
