We offer F/T, P/T and casual remote job opportunities for individuals seeking to work as live chat agents.

About the Opportunity:


As a Talkative live chat assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to represent our clients and earn money from the comfort of your own home.


You’ll be:


  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and support requests via live chat
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers


We need additional staff worldwide, as this not only allows us to look after our internationally-based clients, but it can also mean that corporations in different time zones can provide their customers with a greater level of support outside of typical work hours.


You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and representing our clients in a professional manner.


You’ll be chatting with customers, answering their questions, and helping them resolve any issues they may have.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Skills/Background Needed:


To be considered for one of these roles, you must have a device that can access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).


You must be able to work independently, follow provided steps and instructions closely, and have a reliable internet connection.


You must able to type at least 40 words per minute.


Roles Available:


We currently have 9 full-time positions available. These are based on a 38 hour week.


Compensation:


US$60,000 p.a net.


Location:


This is a remote work opportunity that you can perform from anywhere from the US.
