Job Description

Position: I-9 Compliance Specialist

Openings: 1

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Location: Remote (Hybrid Must be willing to go into any of the Companies locations in the U.S- 3 Days a week)

Pay Rate: $30- $45 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Haves:

  • Working with Vendors
  • DHS (Department of Homeland Security) Audits
  • Proven knowledge of Federal Laws surrounding Immigration and Employment Eligibility
  • Past experience of handling confidential information with high level of discretion
  • Past experience in conducting internal I-9 compliance audits
  • ICE (Immigration) Audits
  • Four (4) or more years I-9 Compliance experience with proven knowledge of E-Verify
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including strong PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong reporting and communication skills


Day to Day:

  • HR Compliance Specialist with be responsible for conducting I-9 Compliance audits , have strong understanding and experience with employment eligibility and federal laws surrounding them. Proven experience in I-9 Compliance and handling confidential information .
