Summary
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join a growing Legal Operations team and help lead and manage strategic programs and key initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with internal Legal teams to manage operations-focused projects including dashboards, workflows, process mapping, technology enhancements, and strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational excellence.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in Analyzing the Bl Needs, interpreting business user requirements and translating them into reports.
- Good experience in designing dashboards with large data volumes from various data sources (SQL Server, Hadoop, SharePoint, and SAP).
- Worked in all phases of BW/BI full life cycles including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, post-production support/maintenance, documentation, and end-user training.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing dash boarding, data visualizations, and analytics using Tableau desktop and Server.
- Experience working in legal/legal operations
- Experienced in workflow designs, process mapping and building playbooks
- Good understanding of business environment, excellent communication skill and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and business users
- Also involved in administration tasks such as publishing workbooks, setting permissions, managing ownerships, providing access to the users, and adding them to the specific group and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau Server.
- Good understanding of technical trends, architectures and highly motivated to know more about latest technology, new software, and products.
- Coordinate across stakeholders, communicate progress and manage escalations on projects.
- Prepare and present program updates, key results, and program ROIs to stakeholders and management.
- 5 years of experience in design, analysis, development, and implementation of dashboards using Tableau.
- Manage agenda and presentation development for project-related team meetings, executive updates, and external meetings.
- Good interaction with clients, understanding Business Applications, Business Data Flow and Data Relations.
- Ability to create Tableau scorecards, dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scattered plots, geographical maps, Gantt charts using show me functionality.
- Set permissions, managing ownerships, providing access to the users, and adding them to the specific group and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau Server.
- Define scope, document requirements and develop detailed project plans to lead/support legal operations initiatives.
- Exposure to vendor management or contract negotiation a plus
- Manage various processes and workflows, applications, and tools, and improve the LCO function’s operational efficiency.
- Expertise Configuring Repository, Create/Manage Dashboards, Reports/Answers and Building Physical, Business Model and Presentation Layer.
- Experience working in all phases of BW/BI full life cycles including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, post-production support/maintenance, documentation, and end-user training.
- Clearly identify critical milestones, map timelines, spot risks, negotiate resources and assign ownership to drive timely progress of projects Experience in Business Intelligence area in various domains.
- Help build and maintain playbooks, procedures, program websites, online tools, and mobile apps.
- Keep documentation organized and maintain systematized repositories to help improve visibility, increase accountability, and enable enhanced decision-making & governance.
- Study and use data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that will increase efficiency
Qualification/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, impeccable integrity, and good judgment.
- Collaborative by nature and able to build strong partnerships.
- Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, driven, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong presentation, Power Point and data visualization skills to communicate with stakeholders and influence decisions.

$112,000.00 - $154,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
