We're looking to add 2-3 Business Assistants to our team, so if you're looking to grow personally and professionally, travel, and develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for people who are comfortable taking a lead, working as part of a team, and inspiring others.
We’re looking for motivated individuals, who will be confident talking to people and are passionate about building their careers. We want Atlanta to buzz with excitement about our clients and what they have to offer – and you will be at the heart of this.
Working within a fun, friendly, and energetic team you will embark on an intensive training program whilst providing clients with great service. All Business Assistants will:
- Work with experienced mentors and coaches with decades of experience in the industry
- Receive tailored training where your strengths and career objectives are prioritized
- Have the opportunity to travel locally, regionally, nationally, and possibly internationally
- Work in the office and on-site at local events promoting clients and their products/services
- Advance based on results and attributes rather than seniority or office politics
- Receive recognition and rewards for exceptional performance
You will also have the opportunity to bring new ideas and relationships to life by researching and developing exciting new areas of the region to encourage more people across the US to join our client's business.
Requirements/Recommendations:
No specific qualifications or experience are necessary as we provide full training however it is beneficial to have:
- Experience working in a small business/family business/seasonal shop
- A business, marketing, communications or similar degree/qualification
- Experience as part of a team (sports, clubs, organizations, religious groups, etc)
- A good understanding of consumer behavior/how to read body language
- Volunteering, fundraising, or community outreach experience
