KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for Principal/ Lead Business Intelligence Analyst:
- Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary (Dependent on Experience)
- Full Time Employment Opportunity
- Onsite: Remote or Onsite at HQ (Irvine, CA)
- Location: Irvine, CA
- No Sponsorship
This role is open to remote candidates or candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA, corporate headquarters. This role is exempt salary and pays $100,000 to $150,000 annually, dependent on experience.
We are currently looking for a Principal/Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. Specific job title and offer to align to the qualifications of the candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Modeling should accurately predict or score using appropriate approach and confidence
- Initiate and own new and sustainable analytical capabilities for company data strategy
- Initiate and own audits to remove defects, apply standardized practices and reinforce best methods for data analytics
- Analysis should exhibit concise storytelling with clear insights and recommendation
- Stay current with latest trends and developments in the field of data analytics; champion internal adoption and change management of latest practices
- Reporting created should be diagnostic in design and simple to use
- Experimentation should be statistically sound in design and measurement
- Answer challenging business questions every day with data and recommendation through reporting, analysis, experimentation and modeling
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
- Advanced proficiency with SQL
- Intermediate proficiency with a programming language; Advanced Python preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
- Marketing, sales, operations, finance and lending experience preferred but not required
- Intermediate proficiency with a visualization platform; Advanced Tableau preferred
- Proven ability to position oneself to advise and teach across a data organization
