Legal Assistant Paralegal Jobs

What is the role?

Angove Partners is working with a leading corporate firm looking to a hire a paralegal into its New York office. In the role, you will be working closely with a team of attorneys who are responsible for all legal matters including litigation, corporate and other legal matters.

What you will be doing?

• Review new matters received on a daily basis and prepare short summaries for each matter.
• Create and maintain databases and track data through charts, tables and graphs for data analysis.
• Track matters and ensure case files are accurate and up-to-date.
• Use and master software programs and databases as needed to preform client projects.
• Develop an expert-level of knowledge of matter flow.

What you need to apply?

• High ethical standards.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Language skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours.
• Four year college degree with a minimum G.P.A of 3.5
