We are an ecommerce fulfillment and warehousing company that just closed our Series B at $48M.
Due to demand and growth, we are looking for a Legal Affairs and Business Strategy professional. We are ideally seeking someone with their JD and who has at least 3-7 years of transactional experience, preferably focused on corporate or real estate matters. If you have commercial agreements, entity formation, deal negotiations and real estate experience, we want to talk to you! Remote role and open to candidates in ATL, Dallas, Denver, DC, LA, Miami, Minneapolis, NY, Phoenix or Seattle.
What You Will Be Doing

• Exercise due diligence while dealing with business and real estate deals.
• Own connections with outside counsel and collaborate as necessary when handling legal issues for the organization.
• Help manage the company's real estate portfolio by resolving concerns as they arise.
• Develop ties with our real estate partners, establishing chemistry and consistently looking for chances for growth, development, and long-term value creation.
• Manage and participate effectively in a variety of legal activities, such as business contracts, company creation and management, HR/employment, real estate, construction, dispute resolution, and ongoing reactive and proactive legal needs.
• Provide legal risk information and negotiating strategy to multiple firm teams, including operations, finance, HR, real estate, construction, and IT/digital, by answering queries and recommending best practices and procedures.
