Hillenbrand is looking for a Learning Program Manager to join our team in a hybrid role in Batesville, Indiana. As a Learning Program Manager, you will join a purpose driven organization and become a member of our global team of innovators, and builders who Shape What Matters for Tomorrow. You will be responsible for developing and implementing core capability and leadership development programs that drive business performance.

- Preparing scope, resource, and budget recommendations aligned to departmental goals and budget.
- Embedding Hillenbrand’s Purpose and diversity, equity, and inclusion into all learning solutions.
- Relationship management which may include business leaders, managers, functional leaders, human resources employees, industry contacts, and high potential employees.
- Building and delivering communications to support learning program rollouts.
- Instructional design including Microsoft, adobe, and articulate studio tools.
- Business partnership with strategic HR leaders on people strategy and learning solutions.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
- 5+ years of broad learning and development experience with experiences in both design and delivery including leadership development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, learning & development, instructional design or related field.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to develop standard work.
- High proficiency in LMS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Articulate Presenter for instructional design and training delivery.
- Strong data analysis using Excel to consolidate reports and track learning completion.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and facilitation skills
- High degree of creativity and innovation.
- 3+ years of experience working in a global matrixed organization (preferred).
- Previous Workday experience preferred.
- Enjoys fast paced environments and balancing multiple priorities.
- Professional certification in instructional design, change management, facilitation, or coaching.
- Exposure to executive level management teams (preferred).
