Learning Designer Jobs

Your Objective:
Develop curricula for our franchise business owners and franchise business coaches on the most relevant and vital marketing channels, programs, best practices, and trends.
What You'll Do:

• Support development and execution of communication materials, training, and scripts to support the Local Performance Marketing Team to sell marketing programs
• Ensure that all local marketing training initiatives are aligned with national brand strategy, business objectives, and executed flawlessly, on time and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams to achieve goals
• Continually monitor franchise owner and franchise business coach participation in marketing training, with the goal of maximizing engagement and overall training satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Training and the training platform to deliver training content, deciding on the most suitable modes of instruction, and pinpointing pertinent learning outcomes
• Help to create a customer centric culture in support of our local franchise owner and customers aligned with Neighborly® values
• Identify knowledge gaps through a feedback loop from Franchise Advisory Council members and/or the Operations team
• Travel up to 5%
• Develop e-learning and/or presentation decks to support the Local Performance Marketing team to onboard new franchise owners
• Develop e-learning and/or presentation decks to support ongoing marketing best practices and general guidance to provide local execution tactics of marketing programs and action steps franchise owners need to implement for maximum business results
• Develop training content for key meetings
• Leverage internal support teams and agency partners to source the most effective content

Education & Experience:
Education: Four-year college degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field, Masters in Learning Design and Technology a plus
Experience: 5+ years adult learning design experience, platform technology experience in Rise and/or Storyline is essential for this position
