As a remote-first company, this position can sit in Plano, TX or remote in the US.

Position Overview:

Alkami is hiring an experienced, creative, and talented individual to join its marketing organization as a Digital Designer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create innovative, impactful and unique content across multiple channels. Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities is a must as well as meeting demanding deadlines when called for. This position is ideal for a creative thinker who enjoys trailblazing, introducing new ideas and concepts, and pushing existing approaches to be better. This position will be most enjoyed by someone with strong self-leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Craft and present your work with strong conceptual thinking and strategic rationale
• Help to continually raise the bar for design quality at Alkami through your work, project leadership and vision for innovation
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams and stakeholders on a wide range of projects
• Ensure concepts and designs are consistent with brand standards and objectives
• Responsible for a broad range of creative and design projects across multiple channels including web, video, social, email, event and print collateral, presentation development, advertising campaigns and more. You will often lead these projects and be responsible for the executed design deliverables.
• Ensure all deadlines are met even during times of high-volume demand

Qualifications:

• Ability to collaborate, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities
• Working knowledge of Figma is a plus. However, the ability to teach yourself new programs is more valuable than knowing everything right off the bat.
• A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience collaborating with web developers as well as a thorough understanding of print production
• Exceptional Digital portfolio required
• Commitment to knowing and understanding our clients and their end users
• Excellent attention to detail- so much so that you immediately caught that spelling error
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and production techniques
• Skilled storyteller across multiple media and formats
• 5+ Years of related multimedia / digital design experience
• Ability to balance vision and execution of high-quality work with practical business objectives and project requirements
