What you need:
- Five+ years of experience in training, recruiting, consulting, human resources, change management, coaching or business development experience is required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
- Expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree in I/O psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education or other behavioral economics field is preferred.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time is required.
- Three+ years of management or leadership experience preferred.
- When not traveling, the ability to work from Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least two days a week is required.
