As the Learning and Development Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Create and implement comprehensive management, learning, and development strategies aligning with organization goals and objectives
- Present training and development programs in a variety of settings, including but not limited to classroom or virtual-facilitator led training, presentations, or on-demand learning management systems
- Identify training needs through collaboration with internal leaders and subject matter experts.
- Remain updated with industry trends and best practices in HR for L&D to effectively enhance learning experiences
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development by promoting internal resources, self-paced learning opportunities, and knowledge sharing initiatives
For our Learning and Development Manager, we're looking for someone amazing as you who has:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field (a combination of education and experience is acceptable!)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Zoom
- Possess extensive experience designing and implementing learning programs and cultivating a strong learning culture
- Willing to travel to neighbor islands (up to 5% travel)
- Professional Certification in HR, Coaching, or other methodologies (DISC, Crucial Conversations, StrengthsFinder) is a plus!
- At least five (5) years of progressive learning and development experience in a business environment
