The Product and Commercial Legal Team at Pinterest negotiates Pinterest’s inbound content licensing and marketing supplier agreements. We are looking for a Contracts Specialist with a strong background in scaling processes and negotiation to join our team. The position will be central to the development of our processes for explosive growth, and will include review of agreements as well as include a substantive negotiation role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide trainings on any workflows developed around contracts to Creator Managers both domestically and internationally
• Work with cross-functional partners across the business to get good deals done efficiently
• Help us build processes and systems to scale globally
• Administrate our contracts management system for agreements, including intake and triage work, making assignments, routing agreements for approvals, generating reports, and performing administrative work
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of template agreements and maintain a provisions library/playbook with respect to internal clients
• Negotiate low risk standard form content agreements

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in building processes to scale contract processing and review in a fast-paced environment (including template and provision libraries, automation in review, standard responses, and playbooks)
• A problem solver who can anticipate needs and offer solutions
• Someone with at least 4+ years of in-house experience negotiating content licensing, inbound and supplier agreements independently
• Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to clarify processes specific to legal agreements
• A collaborative, team player who likes relationship building across the organization
• Someone with experience working in and administering a contracts management system
