Stefanini Group is looking for a Lead IT Security Analyst for a globally recognized company!

  • Administering cybersecurity policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
  • Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position.
  • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
  • Performing network security audits and testing and evaluates system security configurations to ensure efficacy and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols.
  • Position is responsible for developing and executing security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.

Business Operations
  • Supporting pre-sales with business development initiatives.
  • Submitting Risk Outage/Availability reports.
  • Providing Asset information to Asset Management team.
  • Maintain ICT Access databases for:
  • Risk Calculations.
  • Being a focal point for special projects, quality issues or other initiatives.
  • VM & VDI Allocations.
  • Following-up with vendors for escalations.
  • Processing internal quotes for ICT services to internal departments.
  • ICT Rebill.
  • Building databases, queries, and reports for operations efficiencies.
  • Processing server approvals.
  • Processing service quotes from various vendors.
  • ICT Representative to Safety Team.
  • ICT Invoice Allocations.
  • Monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operations Level Agreement (OLA) metrics.
  • Coordinate tasks of other team members to attain goals.
  • ICT Rebill.
  • ICT process documentation.
  • Business Intelligence
  • Acting in accordance with Stefanini's information security policies.


  • General knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Customer service/facing experience.
  • Proficient use of MS tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Will require extensive ICT and project-specific training.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with team members and internal customers.
  • SQL Server querying.
  • Optional:
    • SQL Server querying.
    • General knowledge of ITIL principles.
  • Propensity for producing reports that are of very high quality and that can be presented to internal and external customers, without formatting or other modifications by management.
  • ITIL certification preferred, or ability to be certified upon hire.
  • Extensive experience with databases, data querying, analysis, and reporting.
  • Speaking fluent English.
  • Excellent task coordination ability.
  • Excellent attention to mathematical details, especially as it relates to financial matters.
  • Excellent MS Access database skills for designing and modifying complicated queries.
  • ICT technical aptitude required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's or graduate certifications preferred.
  • Forward thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • ICT technical experience preferred.
