Senior Security Analyst (Cyberark)

Responsibilities:

• Produce documentation.
• Serve as a point of escalation for issues regarding CyberArk and manage all incidents needing assistance from CyberArk or supporting team.
• Oversee changes or issues concerning interfaces with source systems to CyberArk.
• Research, escalate and reassign issues as appropriate.
• Support a CyberArk infrastructure that manages privilege Access to growing number of target platform, such as Windows, network switches/routers, VMWare ESXi and Middleware, Unix, DB's etc.
• Proactive involvement in administration of the applications with a target to minimize business or operational impact. Work closely with different areas of the business and IT, analyze the provided information, and make recommendations for change where applicable.
• On-boarding/configuration of systems/applications to the various legacy or trategic IDAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions.
• Communicate and present to senior colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Provide support to other client application teams for service account password changes.
• May occasionally work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiencies and productivities.
• Investigate technical and user issues, performance issues and drive through resolution.
• Coordinate Quarterly maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Identity Governance Platform like CyberArk or SalePoint
• Certification: Security+
• Demonstrated experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools such as CyberArk, SalePoint, Okta,OneLogin, Oracle IAM, Twingate, etc.
• Experience as a System Administrator
• Ability to troubleshoot stale accounts and workflows logically and analytically
• Any additional certifications: CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CSA+), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding of Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS)
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Education:

• Additional 10 years relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelors’ degree
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation

Work Location:

• Remote, USA.

• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• The pay for this position ranges from $55,730 to $103,500
