Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Lead Remote Data Entry Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless computer data entry of prescription orders. Collaborating closely with our Data Operations Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to direct, monitor, and enhance the workflow of our data entry department. Your contributions will include:
Scheduling and coordinating team members to align with workflow demands and business needs.
Guiding and supervising our team of dedicated Data Entry Technicians.
Championing cross-training initiatives to foster skill development among employees.
Excelling in all aspects of data entry responsibilities, setting a high standard for your peers.
Qualifications You Bring
A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) to showcase your educational foundation.
A valid Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT), as required by state regulations.
Previous experience in data entry, demonstrating your familiarity with accurate and efficient processing.
Proficiency in long-term care pharmacy procedures, reflecting your industry expertise.
Hands-on experience with Frameworks and Docutrack, highlighting your technical prowess.
