Essential Job Functions

• Contribute towards KeyBank Business Banking strategic planning process based on fact-based analysis.
• Partner with channel leaders to ensure channel readiness for campaigns, product changes, product launches, changes in policies and procedures and process improvements.
• Assist in overseeing aspects of product management of existing/new business banking lending products and achieve operational excellence with regulatory views in mind.
• Partner across the bank to develop and align value proposition of business banking with sales approach and tools to ensure optimal sales productivity and client experience.
• Serve as analytical point person for the Lending product team, preparing thorough analyses on critical initiatives, with a significant focus on risk-based pricing.
• Assist in leading initiatives for strategic alignment with other segments and partners across KeyBank.
• Understand profitability drivers of products to ensure they meet profitability hurdles.
• Be a thought leader and change agent with regard to improving internal processes and procedures.
• Guide / execute analysis of our markets, competitors, and customers using internal and external resources.
• Assist in preparing business reviews to highlight findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities and issues of strategic importance to KeyBank Business Banking.
• Assist in the development of compelling marketing offers and partner to successfully grow relationships.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, active-listening); ability to structure and deliver clearly articulate presentations
• Ability to work effectively with middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently, delivering tasks efficiently and effectively
• Understanding of the business and financial drivers for banking/financial services
• Ability to think/act strategically and deliver business plan goals
• Ability to work with a team of knowledge professionals and partners
• A strong understanding of analytical tools (SAS, Tableau etc.);the ability to gather data from multiple sources, the ability to work with these tools without aide and the ability to analyze data to make actionable recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and excel skills and experience

Compensation And Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $65,000 to $95,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
