Product Manager (Pharmacy/Rx Product Solutions) - $140K

Pharmacy / Rx product experience required | No sponsorship | Eastern Time Zone (EST)

The Pharmacy Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to enhance and expand our Rx product solutions. The individual will develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, business, and IT partners, acting as a liaison between engineering and product management team and mitigating ambiguity. The Pharmacy Product Manager will identify opportunities and implement process improvements, establishing deadlines, aligning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress against goals. This Product Manager owns their products at the team level maintaining and prioritizing the team’s backlog. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product solutions specific to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Be able to articulate the value of the improvements to the product(s) when designing the solutions in partnership with development and UX teams
• Collaborate with Product Management team to understand high level product requirements and evolve them into Agile epics and stories.
• Work with engineering, product management and UX team to outline design approaches that account for key customer needs and efficient user experiences.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to understand the market demands, priorities, and overall product strategy
• Drive discussions around technical and design trade-offs to find a balance between speed and quality of solutions delivered.
• Accept the work outputs produced by Agile teams, ensuring all stories met definition of done
• Serve as a product owner within the Agile scrum process, ensuring visibility, prioritization and backlog readiness for the assigned teams.
• Collaborating with UX and Engineering to build Rx and Care Management solutions and get them in customers hands timely and with high quality.
• Work with one or more engineering teams to deliver timely, quality releases that provide high business value and exceed customer expectations.
• Be the evangelist and expert for Rx Product Solutions within the company.
• Incorporate feedback from demos, interviews, user research and engineering into the agile team’s backlog
• Hold accountability for deliverables meeting the intended value, by staying involved in development progress every step of the way through the agile scrum processes

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Experience with product road-mapping, user stories, UI mockups, wireframing, UAT, testing, demos
• Able to work Eastern Time Zone EST
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong intuition about user experience and what makes a product experience great.
• 5 years of experience supporting Rx/Pharmacy products for healthcare organizations or software vendors - including business requirements in Agile and Product Management,
• Proven experience in building and releasing Pharmacy product solutions, including dispensing, safety, dosage, fulfillment etc
• Proven technical understanding and attention to detail with experience working on SAAS products within healthcare.
• Experience with some of the following: Figma, AHA, Balsamic, Visio, SQL
