JOB TITLE Product Manager Zara.com Women’s (based in NYC corporate office)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Online Product Manager willing to lead our ladieswear online business, able to take the best decisions based on your product knowledge combined with a thorough analysis of all the available data and tools allowing for strong strategies to maximize sales and the customer experience. You will be staying up to date with currents trends, participating in marketing initiatives and taking decisions on commercial actions for the website, all of this with constant communication with our HQs in Spain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance and Analysis

· Regular, weekly and daily feedback on special collections, collaborations of online sales performance.

• Forecast sales and market needs based on historical sales, current sales performance and market trends.
• Product feedback on current online offering and potential product needs.
• Regular feedback on special collections and collaborations.
• Analyze the variance of sales and customer needs across the different areas of the US and create strategies to maximize sales and customer experience.
• Strong awareness of competitors and trends within the market. Identify product must haves and commercial actions.

Website Management

• Awareness of user experience across all devices including App, desktop and web mobile.
• Propose actions and creative ideas for the website to maximise customer experience and sales.
• Stock management; reinforce stock levels, order new lines and control stock levels across all distribution centers.

Marketing and Analytics

• Support marketing team in all commercial aspects of the business. Provide regular updates on upcoming collections, new product and website changes.
• Remain up to date on current media and social news and insights.
• Analyze regularly the customer journey, category visits, search bar usage, traffic and conversion rate. Use this information for commercial actions.
• Maintain a strong awareness of marketing performance through all channels.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Fashion is your passion; you understand ladieswear trends and have the ambition to drive us to the next level
• You are a great communicator and enjoy presenting.
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Product Management, Retail Commercial or Digital Manager)
• You have a bachelor’s degree in related field
• You are detailed oriented and a quick thinker, with a proactive attitude and the ability to deal with change. Zara.com is a fast-paced environment and a flexible and adaptable attitude is key.
• You are great at making complex analysis sound simple, with knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• You are able to work in a team as well as being very independent, interacting with our US team and also the wider teams of Zara.
• You are a continuous learner, curious about discovering and embrace self.

Compensation range: $86,000 - $137,000*
