Job Description
REMOTE (US/Canada Residing people only, with work permit) Patterned Learning – Junior Systems Analyst, FULL-TIME, Salary $70K - $80K a year & minimum 1+ years of work experience.

Job Summary


We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Analyst to join our team at Patterned Learning. As a Junior Systems Analyst, you will work closely with our senior analysts and IT professionals to analyze, design, and implement information systems solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in system analysis and design within a dynamic and supportive work environment.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes.
  • Prepare documentation and reports to communicate analysis findings and recommendations.
  • Support the design and development of system enhancements and modifications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.


Requirements


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of systems analysis.
  • Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
