Junior Social Strategist, Digital Arts

Killscreen, a leading arts and culture organization that aims to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and advance the practice of interdisciplinary play, is seeking a Junior Social Strategist for a project. Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends related to social media marketing and apply new learnings to improve the organization's marketing strategies.
• Target goals and metrics
• Help shape the organization's public image and branding through effective social media engagement.
• Profile and content audit
• Posting recommendations
• Inspiration and compartive analysis
• Develop a social media strategy to increase the organization's reach and impact that should include the following:
• Provide social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and provide targeted recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience running social media campaigns and analyzing metrics to improve strategies.
• An understanding of the museums and institutions industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital media.
