Qualifications:

• Proactive and bold in coming up with out of the box ideas to stand out and make a splash on social.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Sprout Social, Buffer, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience as an Account Strategist, Social Media Strategist or a similar job and show that you have a good history of creating effective social media campaigns.
• Must be willing to research trends and stay on top of the latest marketing concepts.
• Ability to communicate via chat, Zoom, and email.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead our team of Social Media Managers to ensure community, comments and engagement on our client's accounts are nurtured.
• Team up with our clients and really get to know their business goals, so we can create strategies that totally match up and make them shine.
• Keep clients updated on how their campaigns are doing, offer insights, and suggest ways to improve performance.
• Create exciting brand strategy campaigns and collaborations with our clients and work with our project manager and creative director to deploy your strategy.
• Work to monthly KPIs to ensure weekly and monthly outreach goals are achieved.
• Work together with our awesome team of creative experts to come up with digital strategies for our clients.
