Markets and promotes Supreme Lending's financial products

Originates a minimum average of two transactions per month, by taking complete and accurate loan applications, using Supreme Lending's product set.

Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, builders and new home sales representatives in order to develop and retain existing business.

Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer's income, assets, investments or debts.

Originate mortgage loans from self-generated efforts, corporate relationship referrals, and other campaigns.

Maintain reports and notes within the origination software and customer relationship management systems

Daily Pipeline Management (loan application to funding process) to ensure that the loan process goes smoothly for all parties involved

Provide input to management, and attend production/staff meetings

One to two years of related experience and/or training

Basic knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies

Working knowledge of underwriting requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs, and private investors

Basic knowledge of local, state and national laws (e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.)

Minimum one year of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience

Market mortgage loan programs to the real estate sales industry and to personal contacts.

Develop and maintain loan referral relationships with professionals in real estate, accounting, legal and financial planning fields.

Ensure accurate processing is completed in a timely manner and prepare for submission to underwriting.

Explain different financing, mortgage programs and their requirements including risk based pricing.

Interview mortgage applicants, assist customer in completing application and collect documentation to support application information.

Analyze customer’s financial posture. Determine if it meets the loan criteria established by the Bank.

Complete application package, submit information to Loan Origination System, and submit file to mortgage processing.

Follow up post closing with customers to ensure total satisfaction.

Submit monthly reports, as required, to team leader on a timely basis.

Interviews loan applicants and processed loan applications for both purchase and refinance transactions. Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in Counsel
