We are looking for a skilled Junior Loan Officer to join our top-producing team. You're responsible for taking the client through the entire home buying process with an excellent support team to assist you. You'll maintain at least weekly contact with them, work with them to obtain documents for the preapproval process and then shepherd them through the loan process once they get an accepted offer.
This is an excellent way to solidify your lending experience and progress to becoming a senior loan officer. This position requires a unique mix of sales and customer service skills, plus the ability to identify potential issues with preapprovals and actively work to find solutions.
