We have recently onboarded a new client based in Tampa, FL and they are looking to recruit 2 Marketing Assistants, with an immediate start preferred.

This is a junior position, so training will be provided, however, previous experience in a marketing and promotions role or customer engagement is encouraged. For example, events, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction and sales.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Building relationships with customers, getting to know their needs
• Tracking interactions and collating daily reports to feedback to clients
• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brands' products and services as well as competitor offers
• Completing new customer registrations
• You’ll be the face of clients, engaging with potential customers to promote brands' products and services
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations (client-dependent)
