The role of a Junior Marketing Assistant is to provide support to our marketing team members, Successful candidates will play an important part in ensuring that the company brand is presented consistently, campaigns are delivered to deadline, and that the company remains visible in the market.

This is a junior position so training will be provided, however, previous experience in a marketing and promotions role, or customer engagement is encouraged. For example, events, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction, and sales.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learning and retaining a wealth of knowledge about the brand's products and services as well as competitor offers
• Face-to-face contact and lead generation with customers
• Provide excellent customer service through effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication with customers and other teammates,
• Conducting presentations and demonstrations of the product and services.
• Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Tracking interactions and collating daily reports to feedback to clients
• Completing new customer registrations
