Junior Account Executive Jobs

The Wholesale Junior Account Executive will play a critical role on the Sunshine Tienda sales team from both a business analysis and creative perspective. Additionally, this role will collaborate cross-functionally, primarily with Design and Operations to find areas to streamline processes and manage accounts. The right candidate is looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic wholesale environment within a fast-growing contemporary brand.

To land this role:

• Wholesale Fashion Industry related experience and knowledge-preferably 1-2 years
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Wholesale trade show experience a plus
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
• Consider yourself a collaborative team player and an have an open mind
• Attention to detail and timely completion of tasks
• Ability and willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across operations, logistics and production internally to maintain efficient deliveries and customer service
• Create and Maintain linesheets on sales platform JOOR
• Trunk Show participation and organization with wholesale customers
• Responsible for managing a given account base with a focus on specialty stores throughout North America
• Market Prep; including sample distribution, shipping and organizing for regional trade shows, scheduling appointments and post market follow up
• Coordinate all product shipments, and booth set-up for 6 seasonal wholesale markets
• Assist in presenting seasonal collection across all categories to buyers at wholesale trade shows
• Manage account order entry and maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations, and shipping status/order tracking for accounts
• Prospecting new wholesale accounts within given territory for each category under brand umbrella
• Assist with inventory management in JOOR
• Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reorders to accounts
• Maintain and process weekly selling reports

Reports to: Alli Leavy, Wholesale Manager

Requirements: Valid Driver's License and access to personal vehicle

Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.
