Job Description

We’re seeking a Jr Project Manager and or Project Coordinator / Analyst to coordinate infrastructure projects for the technical team. This is a long-term project that has the potential of converting into a direct hire position. This is a hybrid position working 4 days a week onsite in Irvine and 1 day remote. This is an excellent opportunity to gain additional Project Management experience and grow your career in IT.


Requirements:


  • Have a good understanding of technical terminology, For example know what a server, network, or printer is.
  • Experience scheduling simultaneous and multiple team meetings.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Recent Jr Project Management and or Project Coordinator / Analyst experience.
  • Smartsheet and or intermediate Excel experience.
  • Comfortable speaking with technical teams then creating a project schedule to keep infrastructure projects organized.
  • Desire to become PMP Certified
  • Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
