About the Role:
Are you a skilled Project Coordinator looking for a new role with a stable company? We have an opportunity with a well-established construction client, where you will be responsible for all operations related to new and existing contracts.

The Project Coordinator plays an important role in the organization’s efficiency, so you must have construction/project management experience.
Location: Fairfield, CA

- Project management skills
- Experience in Construction industry
- Contract Management skills
- Previous knowledge of insurance
What You’ll Do:
- Work with specialized, internal accounting teams to track project estimates
- Keep track of changes, expiration dates, etc., then communicate with other departments to alert them of any necessary involvement to keep their contracts active
- Maintain contract records in project documents and company databases
- Manage contract information for all active contracts
- Collect information from old and new contracts, and organize it in a systematic way to be later used during audits
What You’ll Bring:
- Use of MS Office software, Preliminary Notice, Insurance compliance
- General business skills; e.g. data entry and review; use of copier and fax machines
- Construction experience (specifically contract/project management)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
