Client Location: Culver City, CA
Starting: 10/02/2023
Salary/Pay Rate: $23 to $26 an hour
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 3 months to start with possibly extension

For this assignment with Aquent's client, we are seeking a Project Coordinator. In this role, your focus will be supporting the team that manages the creation of all Customs & Drops - assisting across project management, logistics, budget, vendor management, gifting and hardware/packaging development. You will help the team work cross-functionally with the geos, design, marketing, public relations & legal teams to ensure the success of each program. This work will result in the creation of products made with some of the most culturally relevant entities in the world.
Responsibilities
- Legal – Work with relationship managers, our partners and the legal team to complete NDAs, draft term sheets and ensure that all product/packaging aspects adhere to legal requirements.
- Project Management - Customs and Drops projects tend to have short timelines. It’s important to have strong time management and project management skills.
- Logistics - In addition to developing the projects, it’s necessary to deliver the final products on time. You will work closely with our vendors, both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure all products are delivered to the correct recipients on time.
- Seeding - Work with the partner and internal stakeholders to oversee and execute a successful seeding strategy.
- Managing Internal Stakeholders – The successful completion of a program requires the assistance of all internal departments. It’s imperative for the candidate to manage internal stakeholders throughout the entire program.

Qualifications
- Project management experience preferred
- 1+ year(s) of Marketing experience
- Drive execution, foster innovation and collaborate well with others.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and change priorities rapidly as required by the business.
- Communicates effectively (written and oral) with all cross functional contacts (internal and external).
- An agile self-starter, results oriented and work through ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Hungry and curious - constantly bringing new insights, ideas and opportunities to the brand.
- Highly adaptive, able to identify issues and proactively problem solve.
- Ability to maintain momentum on projects with excellent attention to detail from inception to completion.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $23 to $26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
