Jr. It Engineer Jobs

Job Summary:

ARW Home is looking for a Jr. Engineer that has a passion for 'everything IT', somebody who is not afraid to figure things out, comes up with ideas for improvement, and uses their experience to become a key member of the team. This position will be responsible for managing the following:

• Microsoft 365 Administration
• SharePoint
• Learn & deploy new technologies being used by the Software Development Team and contribute improvements.
• Microsoft Intune
• Teams
• Exchange
• PBX Administration
• Azure Active Directory
• Responsible for the availability of our hosted (AWS) and internal cloud environments, fully Linux based, including troubleshooting, debugging, scripting/automation, deployment, monitoring, etc.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in chat, email, phone and in-person.
• Strong analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing concepts: AWS is a must, Azure or other cloud experience will be helpful.
• Capacity and willingness to take the initiative in learning new technologies at a fast pace. Willingness and ability to adapt to whatever tools are available for solving problems.
• Strong commitment to customer service and service enablement.
• 3+ year's experience working with Microsoft 365 Administration and Endpoint Management.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, PHP and PowerShell.
