Jr. Data Analyst Jobs

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Respond to and follow up on internal requests at least daily.

Submit statistical and regulatory reports on or before the deadline.

Submit statistical and regulatory reports without errors.

Write, update, and execute SQL queries to retrieve records for planned reporting and data calls.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create templates for report submission.

Communicate with analysts at statistical agencies/DOI’s regarding deadlines or questions regarding reports.

Attend and participate in company meetings.

Maintain the Stat/Reg Reporting SmartSheet.

Identify reporting requirements for Vault’s newly admitted states.

Identify opportunities to streamline Vault’s reporting processes.

Work open tickets for ad hoc reporting requests, as time permits.

Preferred qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Business required.

1-2 years of Data Analytics experience required.

SQL experience, 1 year minimum required.

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels.

Effective ability to cultivate strong business relationships through a clear focus on internal and external customers.

Basic ability to navigate computers and applications (Microsoft Office).
