We are looking for a Jr. Program Manager to organize and coordinate multiple projects and incentives. This is a new position for a fast-growing company looking to grow the next generation of leaders. Program Managers at Metamagnetics lead government and commercial projects and programs to achieve cost, schedule, and performance metrics, guiding diverse teams in ways that promote the company’s culture while achieving customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be excited to work as part of a high-performing team, motivated to contribute, and brings strong organizational skills plus a passion for learning. As an entry level position, we don’t expect you to come with a mountain of experience running programs, just a basic set of business and office skills with a can-do attitude. Experience or knowledge in organization, business math, and leadership come from many places, not just prior business positions. We have some world class Program Managers on staff that will mentor and set the example for you to learn from and enable future career success.
