We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a dispatcher. As part of our hiring process, we have five stages to ensure that we find the best candidate for the job.
First, we'll review your application. If we think you might be a good fit, we'll invite you to complete an assessment. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and show us that you're the right person for the job. We're looking for someone who is dedicated and has a strong sense of integrity.
If you pass the assessment, we'll invite you to a 15-minute video meet and greet where we can get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. After that, we'll schedule a face-to-face meeting to finalize the process.
As a dispatcher at our company, you'll be responsible for supporting the Workforce Management process in the Customer Fusion Center. This includes collecting exception information, entering it into our company Workforce Management System, and keeping records of all related documentation. You'll also provide daily workforce capacity data and information to our management team.
To be considered for this position, you'll need to have strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills. While a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, it's not required for the right candidate. You should also have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
We offer flexible schedules, so you can choose your own hours. Our shifts are available in the morning, afternoon, and overnight. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility you need.
In addition to a competitive salary of $46,600.00 - $58,800.00 per year, we also offer a signing bonus and other supplemental pay types. We believe in taking care of our employees and offer a range of benefits to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
