Job Description
Summary


Become a part of a fast-paced technical service team for internal support of one of the leading in-home fitness companies in the industry. We support many of our worldwide locations all while working from beautiful Cache Valley. As an IT Service Desk Technician you are responsible for configuring, maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing company hardware and software systems. You will work closely with other groups and teams to resolve complex issues and be able to learn hands on with them as well. This is a full time, on-site position located in Logan UT. Looking to fill a day time position 8-5 as well as a mid shift that can be flexible upon an applicant's schedule/availability but currently stands from 12-8.


All positions require occasional rotation of evening and weekend on call availability as business needs arise.


Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems/issues.
  • Technical support of the company's hardware and software systems to ensure full functionality.
  • Asset management, tracking and organization.
  • Provide support for employees, systems, equipment, and any issues or requests through the company ticketing portal, taking phone calls and in person assistance.
  • Maintain and develop improvements of internal processes for increased efficiency within the department and across the company.
