Service Consultant Jobs

The role will require someone who is reliable and willing to learn. You'll build amazing customer service, problem solving, critical thinking, selling, and time management skills. Traditionally, Service Advisors are required to work long hours and deal with an immense amount of stress. This role will eliminate the bad aspects of the job and allow for more of a work-life balance and less stress by utilizing shorter work schedules and higher guaranteed pay with competitive bonus structures.
Front line dealing with customers.
Responsibilities:

• Job Duties & Responsibilities: Show up on time & ready to work every day you're scheduled Greet clients, perform vehicle walk around, and start initial service write up Answer incoming phone calls to set appointments, obtain status updates, and answer general questions Assist in selling service jobs by helping prepare repair estimates & quotes Contact clients for status updates & selling jobs Keep paperwork in order and organized Assist the rest of the Service Department Team

Qualifications:

• Requirements: Valid driver's license Clean driving record Rudimentary ability to use technology & computers ability to type is a plus Mechanical knowledge a plus
