Job Description
IT Service Technician
Onsite in Long Island City
Full-Time
A well-known fashion brand is looking for an IT Service Technician to join their team! If you are a team-player looking to join an organization where you can learn and grow, then this is the role for you!
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (school/internship experience will be considered!)
  • Ability to work onsite in LIC (Queens)
  • Degree in CS, IT, or related field preferred
  • PC Imaging/Deployment
  • Retail POS experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL process
