Job Purpose:

DHL Group Functions is hiring an IT Infrastructure, Telecoms, Service and Product Manager for our team in Plantation, FL. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, with a sense of urgency and ‘Can Do Attitude’. This position requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Your tasks:

• Ability to pull monthly data, perform trend analysis, and provide recommendations to our business partners for changes needed to achieve cost savings in mobile charges for example.
• Able to multi-task, handle incident and management, support Infrastructure local and global deployments, collaboration with multiple service lines and business units, be a telecommunications matter expert.
• Possess working knowledge of license and asset management best practices to maintain asset records for GBS, CSI and CC (all Group Functions) Americas.
• Solve problems through root cause analysis.
• Perform annual MSA/SLA reviews and compliance assessments through OneTrust.
• Guide business partners and other program/project managers in all sized infrastructure projects to ensure consistency of adoption, implementation, reporting and achievement of project KPIs.
• Perform service management.
• Perform trend analysis.
• Perform IT product compliance management, risk, security & continuity management.
• Annual Infrastructure and Telecoms budget planning.
• Ensure SLA’s are being followed and met.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant experience in business area.
• Knowledge of Agile/SaFe or Scrum master preferred.
• Working experience and knowledge of the following and not limited to: GeT, Request IT, PowerBI, Sharepoint, OneTrust, GEAR, Teams, M365 Apps for Enterprise, Excel power pivot, etc.
• ITIL Certification is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Considerable knowledge of Project Integration Management.
• Excellent presentation skills – extensive skills in communicating – both verbal and written – using MS Office tools, Visio and other complex software tools.
• Broad understanding of Telecoms and IT infrastructure components – e.g., mobile devices management, laptop/monitor asset management, VOIP, AVT, networks, platforms and operating systems.
• 3 or more years of experience in an IT environment (IT project management preferred).
