Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Clearwater, FL (Onsite)

Duration: Fulltime/Permanent



Salary/Pay rate: $120k-$160k/annum with benefits (DOE)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Seniority Level/Target years of experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  • Experience with technology platforms sufficient to provide guidance regarding user interface and user experience development.
  • Three (3) years of product management experience.
  • PEO/Payroll or Insurance experience a plus


Top 3-5 Technical Skills:

Knowledge of software delivery using agile methodology and end-to-end ownership.

  • Knowledge and understanding of software development processes with an appreciation for maintaining a high-quality bar with low operational overhead. Knowledge of business profitability and risk management.
  • Knowledge of deriving key insights and patterns from customer interviews and using that input to clarify problem statements.
  • Knowledge in data-driven products and iterative development lifecycle to solve business problems
  • Knowledge of overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, with a strong focus on KPIs and metrics.
  • Knowledge of navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery.
