Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager will work closely with the technical teams across the Pre-Service value stream with focus on Eligibility & Benefits. The E&B Product Manager will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders within Availity to handle escalations, define product roadmaps and manage shifts in priorities. The E&B Product Manager is a servant-leader for the technical project teams, managing interactions within and beyond the team to protect and balance the best interests of both the team and the business objective they are tasked with achieving. The E&B Product Manager is highly organized and an effective, proactive communicator who will work closely across a number of cross-functional internal and external business teams.

To be qualified for this position you:
  • Experience managing roadmaps, projects, timelines, and deployed product maintenance in the benefits and eligibility space
  • Leadership skills with the ability to delegate and drive action-oriented, agenda-driven meetings
  • Experience with communicating roadmap, priorities, and trade offs
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience
  • Ability to work independently under minimal guidance
  • Experience with development and execution of Product Launch plans
  • Proven experience leading teams to self-organization/self-sufficiency
  • Experience working on multiple initiatives with different, potentially cross-functional teams simultaneously
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills
