Position Overview:

As a Product Manager at HealthMe, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features. You will be responsible for understanding our customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop product strategies and roadmaps. You will also be responsible for driving the execution of product development, testing, and launch.

What you’ll accomplish

• Monitor product performance and usage to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.
• Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
• Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives. Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on customer insights and business goals
• Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration.
• Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches.
• Work within a cross-functional team, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products and features sales/marketing, and the operations team throughout the whole process.

Requirements:

• You must be passionate about bringing change to healthcare and improving patient outcomes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the company
• 2-3 years of experience in product management or related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or healthcare
